EL I run my own race, if you have noticed, I select no sentiment in any of my posts , because it is up to the individual to DYOR , just for the record, I have never worked for cue and contrary to popular belief have no secret agenda.
And while having learnt never to say never, I cant see my self buying any more cue shares in the future,( unless the Chairman changed and the board expanded) and since I have started posting I have bought none either, though I have sold.
That said, when I'm am told , "its all about performance" , when its not,I wont/cant be convinced otherwise.
When I'm told this company is conservative ( did they ramp, re their mile stone for first maari oil?). Yeah things can go array, not 2 years array, this field is/was not difficult or is the company you trumpeted OMV, not what you cracked them up to be .
Hoisted by their own petard EL, if RT can take OMV &Shell over poor performance from the Pohokura field, why not maari.
The time delay ( bearing in mind this project was on the go mimimum from 2003 when carpenter pacific (5%)were involved )is/was pathetic, and again if it were on time cue could have locked in $150ish oil, and doing a PPP.
Maybe I was taught differently than you EL, that Jack is just as good as his master( this shouldn't be overlooked, considering the founder of Todd started out as a fellmongerer).
If you accept EL that, that directors and sharebrokers play games within games vis-vis taking advantage of circumstances, why shouldn't the average shareholder?, if they have the chance to do so,do so..
I really don't rate Artemis that highly, but cant help seeing the irony, in that cue held 50 % of the permit, and note the lack of SP performance in juxtaposition with meo.
Yes the meoites are trying to link Aretemis with the shoals but Im not so sure.
The share market is not historical but forward looking EL, I note with some interest that Peter Strahan has waxed lyrical over HZN and Maari and not cue.
As cue holds 100 % of Caterina, this will be the tipping point for me as to how they deal with it.As of today it appears Chevron/ Wheatstone seems to be flavor of the day, who is cue aligning themselves with, I wonder?
And lets not forget PNG LNG whoa ho.

In closing I wish you and all other cue shareholders and their family members ( most sincerely) a merry Christmas and a very prosperous new year.
Me, Im gonna struggle with the wagu beef and reef, washed down by copious Duezte, from the beautiful Marlbough sounds.
Its Moet without the price tag.
It will be my first xmas with the number one grandson , who is nearly crawling I cant wait.
