Only thing I can think of is that the financing partners can't come up with the cash (not saying they can't). Cerritos Holdings has an aircraft leasing background so potentially could have stranded assets due to current conflict.
Even if Dubbo project financing is impacted the KMP is funded and is sitting on $11m in inventory to kick start production that easily underpins current valuation.
