If you read the market herald article, where Petra alluded to two out-clauses that prevented deal from commencing. I doubt they even put much effort in the deal. Their recent deal with Stanmore Coal, is a bit of a confusing message in terms of ESG. Your guess is as good as mine, but my view is still the same that Petra needs to strengthen their Uranium/Nuclear advisory capability; especially with the EU Taxonomy having an impact.
As a supposed market/insolvency specialist yourself I still don't get why you would get involved in this debacle, it's not very befitting of you.
