    • UNITI CONFIRMS THAT NON-BINDING, CONDITIONAL INDICATIVE PROPOSAL IS FOR AN INDICATIVE PRICE OF A$4.50 CASH PER SHARE
    • UNCERTAIN THAT INDICATIVE PROPOSAL WILL RESULT IN AN OFFER TO UNITI SHAREHOLDERS
