    No surprises in Superiors announcement - just as I remarked several months ago. The only missing piece of the puzzle is whether ZAG will be entitled to any damages given that Superior already had a legal entitlement to 50% of VAN's project.

    I'm glad I didn't place a bet on either of the companies.
