If Bruce doesn't get a written reply from the EPA and is perhaps told something or not even told anything then, based on past mistakes, he should say nothing. Otherwise he is in danger of repeating something that isn't a fact and getting into trouble as he did previously. He is on record as saying he won't make an announcement unless he has it in writing from the EPA and I would agree with that approach.
