Western Gas would rather not risk any capital in this drill campaign. Obviously, they couldn't secure funding based on their unrealistic terms - zero financial commitment to cost of drilling the well. They own it anyway. They would rather have others take the gamble. Unfortunately, they are still so desperate that they are looking for another entity to bear the final 25%. That is not confidence. Looks like cost recovery or massive de-risking to me.



However, we all (including PRM and GLV) are looking for a big break so we will take the risk anyway. But best we lay down the facts and not mislead people. It's a roll of the dice. We could make big money or lose our money and shirt too. I could be wrong and I hope I'm wrong for the sake of those who are strong believers here. As for me, I won't be fomo-ing.....I'll bide my time. If well is successful all these won't matter though.
