Have to agree. Maybe I'm wrong here but I always considered the construction, commissioning and subsequent proof of concept of the pilot plant to be mainly a marketing tool to attract funding/partners/shareholders for the larger expansion down the track. Now that Ivanhoe have thrown their hat in the ring, before commissioning, I think it takes pressure off of meeting some date on a calendar.
