$40m lotto prize points to a better outlook

The search is on for the winner of the entire $40 million division one prize in Tuesday night's Oz 7 Lotto draw.

The win is the third highest lotto win in Australian history.

So Tatts Group (TTS) may be going much better on the Lotto business than expected as such a high prize this half year was not expected.

"We are urging everyone who bought a ticket from a Brisbane Golden Casket shop in last night's draw to check their entry as soon as possible," Ms Anning said.

The winning numbers were 35, 42, 7, 34, 11, 29 and 45.
