Since we have a new thread, I think it's time for a bold new prediction. So I'm calling a September 22 2022 receipt of initial takeover offer, for 9.2c / share, board recommends accept, no other offers and the TO goes through.

I think you nearly nailed it Barn, but we know that during negotiations you never ever accept the first offer, imo we'll reject the 9.2 and accept the new offer of 10 cents
Makes the math easier too
