Hey, maybe set up an account with transferwise. It is free and they give you a bank account in Australia and nz (as well as USA, eu, England and Singapore). Then you can get deposited in oz account and just transfer to your nz wise account and then onto your local account you use. They also give you a debit card that has no transaction fees around the world to use if you want to keep it in that and use in NZ
