camban I think the Directors are not really getting any advantage over shareholders with this deal. We all have the right to take up our entitlements under the proposed SPP at the same price as the Directors are paying and I would think that there will probably be an opportunity to take up additional shortfall shares if anyone is interested - no guarantee of course that we will get an additional allocation.
I think it is a good sign that the Directors are prepared to put extra cash of their own into the business and by voting against it I would interpret that to mean - we don't want your money.
