    looks like you did not follow UWL history.
    check how did UWL acquire OPC. same thing happened. OPC said they will to pay break fee if other higher bid come and they jump out to new boat.
    after that, Aware super come and fight with UWL 4-5times. The best winner is OPC share holders.
    now it is time for UWL holders
