    You can make me a fair or generous offer for my vintage car. You can fully justify the sale. You can ridicule me for not snapping up your offer.
    But I don't want to sell my car, it has intrinsic value to me.
    Yes but NME should be representing its shareholders (let's get ASX real here).
    NME aspire to start a mine and they have the processing rights. The BoD is very attached to this aspiration.
    Ergo they don't care what offer they get, they are in this for the prestige and the dividend,
    They are not alone or unusual in this. The Rox BoD would never sell, they see themselves with a billion dollar mine down the track.
    IMO it is timely to consider options if the GM at the end of this month does not deliver as hoped for by the MCT directors.
    This has to become thinkable, MCT must consider this so they are not caught flat footed.
    IMO if the GM fails it would be timely to end this hostile TO and try to repair a woking relationship with NME.
    If that could be achieved the SP would dramatically respond.
