Looking at PBT announcement, which states project $400m project will focus on the production of battery cathode active materials (pCAM) – a vital precursor means it is not a refinery but a concentrator.

No wonder why POS has been delaying its concentrator upgrade ? ? My estimate is POS will sign a deal with PBT to use POS concentrator, hence free upgrade of 2 million ton concentrator on cost shared basis while refining will remain in Germany.
