fly, it is your title which is misleading. It implies that ASIC is considering taking action on an issue.

There has been no such disclosure by ASIC or MST as far as I have seen.

Is it a malicious title?

Or, what is your verifiable source?

No good white anting with inuendo when facts are the only correct currency of praising/sledging. Right?

In the interests of professional conduct, we should all state our verifiable sources of information, or label our comments as opinion/wishfull thinking/anger venting etc.
