Full disclosure I did not participate in the cr this time round, I did in the last round @ 5c

Interesting that Wilton and Brett took up their full amount, Why was this not stated earlier
to instill confidence for sh holders to participate in the raise.?

Why not allocate shares to Topwei to pay out the loan?
That would take them further up the top twenty, Again this would add confidence to
shareholders. The market would view this favourably and I believe the sh price would be higher as a result
A win win for all. Including Topwei. Short term greed for one holder at the expense of all others, Does not make sense!

And I ask again, Why do we have a 20% loan in the first place?

Would it not be in Golden Bricks best interest as a major sh holder
to negotiate a better deal with management?

I give credit to the company for the inroads made. But this debt we have is a joke

Look up Bretts credentials, Seriously, What do you do @ Jat???
Your a money guy, And 20% is the best you can do for the company and it's sh holders?

Also in full disclosure! I have not sold any shares.

But untill I see some common sense, I won't be adding to my holding.
