Codan seems to be undervalued on most metrics but continues to languish. At the moment it appears to be just a day trading option as the typical pattern is to buy around $7.05 and sell at about $7.3, easy money if you are prepared to put in the effort I guess. I doubt this will change until the company provides some guidance which is sorely needed.
