re: isn't it ironic? copy of ann Therefore people.....if you owned shares on or before Friday 1st of October, and continue to hold until atleast the 6th October you are eligable for the offer, irrispective of your holding (I would suggest). Typically, if a company is only trying to raise a certain amount of money, but expect a large uptake on an offer, they restrict it to a first-in-first-served basis. They often have the right to increase the capital raising if demand is high.
