Charles, I believe that the presentation was arranged in a spirit of resentment. JH hated having to acquiesce to shareholders demands and so he handed Derek a poisoned chalice, so to speak.

The presentation arrangement was set up as a spiteful retort to ongoing shareholder agitation. However, the savage sell down was a major surprise and the board had no option but give JH the message.

Sure, I understand that many don't agree and that's fine. I don't have any requirement that people agree with me. I'm thinking the board will be well aware that some very good battery news would be more than welcome.
