I agree with your comment, these negotiations would be highly confidential & management would be doing there best to secure the best deal possible for all shareholders! I know its frustrating that the whole process is dragging on! But I feel management are on top of this at a very slow pace, But I expect a favorable deal for all SH. only my Opinion so DYOR.
