I noted Coby's comment that "not too many fabs do 22nm,'' so went looking.
The following is a year old, but gives a good overview of the global fab market and where it's going.
Unsurprisingly, Coby was right. Cannot help but think with this latest development they must be talking to most if not all the majors, especially re 22nm.
