100% agree.
People forget Derek is beholden to the board, and I have a feeling he was told to be open and honest in all progress - hence why the opening of his webinar was so defensive in tone from the get go. He was asked to fall on the sword - what the fall out will be for him who knows, what isnt known is how many people knew about the real intent of the webinar before the market to off-load their recently gained options and shares before the shit show.
