Ann: EPA approves ESD and sets timetable for Arrowsmith North, page-72

this was a massive hurdle in getting EPA to agree to the scope.... now the "what" is known.... should be pretty easy targets from here. i don't anticipate it will take the 9 months as I'm banking on the much mythologized "draft" thats been being written for the last 3 years. i think the company is ready for ERD but wasnt prepared for ESD..... as both parties would have had differing expectations.... now that sh*t is in writing no more wildcards.

i feel like this ann hinted as much anyway. I'd say next few weeks hold onto your butts
