Agree it's not in the bank yet, but for balance consider the $3.69M MMI Grant they won, was announced 22/7/21, and first payment was made just 8 days later 30/7/21 per 25/10/21 Quarterly Activities Report. This in spite of that grant's condition that "You will have 30 days from the date of a written offer to execute this grant agreement with the Commonwealth. During this time, we will work with you to finalise details."

Admittedly, a much larger dollar value involved this time, plus the condition for agreement execution states 60 days for the latest grant, it shows government (& AVL) can move faster than expected at times.
