The quality of management is a significant part of the success of the SP of any stock no matter how good the fundamentals are. Management of VRX have been awful through this whole epa process. That's been proven with the FOI docs I presented some months ago and also with the FOI docs to come in a few weeks. needless to discuss the awful / lack of comms through this period - hence an overwhelming strike 1.
Communicating false and misleading trime lines for years - not just months and once, but repetitively over the last 3 years. I wonder how many people bought as the sp was climbing to 40c on the back of misleading ann's from VRX? - ask those people how they feel?

I am very heavily invested in this company and we should be mining and selling sand by now. The delays have been disgraceful.

I stand by my comments today re the sp following the ann. Unlike a certain person who said 30c today (I erred when I quoted them saying 35c). That's is also shocking and just wrong! why aren't you having a go at that poster?
All along, I have been realistic with this stock and because I am not touting enormous sp's, I get attacked.

The problem is that there are a number of posters that don't like hearing the truth and when the narrative isn't what they want to hear they attack.

I am still very positive about the sp for this stock but at a significantly less profit than I initially thought and estimated. Years ago, when the BFS for all 3 sites was released, I valued the SP at $4.26 based on a 10 times eps. To me, based on the current management, I would think that it might be closer to a 2-3 times eps and hence, a significantly lower sp.

True Investors don't forget management strengths / weaknesses. Look up all the major share traders and advisors and look at their deep dives on companies - they all start with the quality of management. - It is key to success / failure.

VRX needs to employ people with hands on skills at mining and distribution. Not directors who sit in their ivory towers who understand the concepts but wouldn't have a clue at the physical aspects. For example, a lot of people understand how a combustion engine works but to fix a problem is another matter.

I just hope that Bruce starts looking for the necessary skills soon.

Just fyi, Bruce does have experience in mineral sands mining. He has taken a zircon mining company on Melville Island from an explorer to a miner. He may be overzealous with his claims on timelines but he is more than qualified for this job.
