    Why would the BOD appoint KH, expose themselves to a general meeting within the next few weeks if they didn't believe know Platform 3 was in the bag.

    Why would KH contemplate starting unless a working Platform 3 is a certainty.

    Any doubt and you would wait.

    Any body selling now is throwing dollars away.

    Finally we are into the home straight.
