almost 90% of the reason i decided to go full ret*rd in buying. I've held so many companies that have diluted me to buggery during development that it becomes difficult to achieve my initial return expectations. this is largely due to my preferred strategy of finding pre-dev plays and wait wait wait...i may take a slice off as pumps come and go but generally its a buy and hold process pending fundamentals remain solid. i managed to profit well out of the WA potash debacles, but got lucky as they have demonstrated the high risk of these huge capex and chemically sensitive mining operations during dev/startup.

give me a billion tons of sand and capex equal to a sydney 4 beddy any day . throw in a management that clearly shop at aldi given the tight books and low soi.... and I'll fill every pocket i have and maybe bring a backpack
