I think its easy to forget that they're still very much in the R&D phase of the company, so having any revenues is a plus. That being said, I think the completion of the scanner is a sign that we are getting into the maturity phase of the business.

As for the grant, 4DX are the lead in a consortium which was given the grant. So puts them in good standing for future grants.

I still think revenues are on its way, but profitability is still a while away.

Hopefully the clinical trials are released by the end of this month, and its good news - should keep the share price going.
