Either way the SP takes a beating, but in the second scenario you haven't added dilution or increased your 'unknown' quantities risk that the CR would attract.

They made the right call and at the time it was hard to see why, now it's crystal clear that it was the perfect way to fund the company.

What do we have Delphi’s holding at?Am I reading it correctly that they were at 9.15% in Jan? They must be close to their fill. Would they be playing silly-buggers with the SP at this point?
