Anyone else noticed the retail price of Fresh Salmon fillets rise lately? Queen Vic Market in Melbourne price has gone from $32.50/kg to $38.50 in the last few months. It was consistently around $32.50 for a couple of years.

Same at South Melbourne market.. 20%+ price increases, now at $39.99/kg. This is not just Salmon, most fresh seafood appears to have jumped significantly since late 2021 (obviously along with just about everything else!). How much of that is input costs?

Regardless, expect to see a jump in domestic revenue for the current half.
