Yes, they’ve adjusted to being patents first, ASX announcements second - to protect/minimise the commercial in confidence risk during the 18 month IP work-up window.
We’ve seen this in how they’ve operated last couple of months;
I think there’s been more patent submissions than ASX announcements, may this trend continue
