sure if there is someone willing to license it. in regards to the graphene related applications it looked to me they did not achieve stable outcomes. anyways FGR simply has not the money and the network to push this device on all its applications, think its would be wise to focus on the graphene specific applications and to get rid of the rest ;-)
we were told that they use it to produce graphene fullerene and green graphene oxide. those applications make sense in general but all the rest (fish oil, to coat pills, biodiesel, etc.) are not on FGRs playground. but as I said it looks like even after 10 years of development it is unknown how much more effort to invest into the device to become a commercial reality.
