Jimmie was probably compensated for his services as bankruptcy trustee for Hong Kong Debt Management Services Limited prior to this new agreement. I don't know that we can assume this was not all ready an expense of this operation. Total wages and administration fees were over $7mil last financial year.
As for the profit being slashed in the second half that also does not take into account potential growth, particularly of the newer CI1 activities.
I personally do think the P/E ratio will go up but this could be due to the MC rising dramatically.
