The fact they went the CR route instead if debt is so they can control the contracts they sign. Duncan knows that signing these contracts is like a game of chess, andhe has made a aggressive move with this CR.
I think it will pay off, and there is noe no doubt in anyone's mind the BOE will be the next uranium producer in Australia.
Other current producers have contract obligations they have signed in the previous bear market they have to continue to fufill. BOE doesnt have this limitation and will be able to aign long term contract in the comming couple of years, where it is expected U prices to peak on this cycle.
