    I just looked up Lombard Risk... "2nd largest global provider..." etc turns out to be pretty small. Revenue about the same as RZR's and market cap a bit ahead (about a price/revenue ratio of 1.0). Not profitable for continuing operations last year.

    Can see why Wisbey might prefer RZR for his money, but hard to see the likelihood of a takeover unless he has a secret source of funds.
