Eire, I think this equally applies to the larger shareholders and institutions. When the company was struggling (and the cap raises were done to keep the lights on) the company did not ask for their help with raising funds, instead it was the small investors that were constantly tapped for funds and now that - as you say - things are going well, they are being overlooked.
As to your comment that "the way the capital has been handled in the last 3 years has been exceptional" - I take that to mean that you think Wayne did a poor job prior to that. Remember he has been here since 2015 and initiated a large number of capital raisings in that time.
