not really sure where your reference to ‘personal grudges’ emerged , it’s not really a forum for hero worship either. Simple because you don’t agree doesn’t make it a personal grudge and As part of my research and DD the integrity and reputation of a companies board and decision making processes and rationale is a significant consideration for any investment opportunity and would even go as far to say it’s fundamental.
just my thoughts though ..... nothing personal.
