I doubt very much if Duncan would be game to pull similar
shenanigans to the ones that saved his bacon in the last EGM. If that occurs and is not challenged by ASIC, then all that I have read and heard about ASIC is true, but hopefully that is not the case.
If you get the numbers for the EGM you may be home and hosed.
