I see things pretty much the same way.
As you also pointed out, HAS have done heaps of drilling at Yangibana and are just about to commence construction of their own processing plant there which should enter into production in FY 2023/2024. IMHO, as long as FNT's drilling leads to commercial grades of Rare Earths, I have little doubt that HAS and JV will enter into a JV within a couple of years (if not before?).
As I said here recently, in the short term, I am looking for 6 cents when the drilling results are in, which will probably be around June (if drilling commences in April as planned).
