Those expecting a dividend of 10c for 1H are going to be left very disappointed. Based on 150m NPAT for six months that's around 13c a share earnings. 25% is a meager 3c.
i think everyone on here for excited by the recent 10c dividend but management have made it pretty clear that won't be happening again.
If they actually pay 10c for 1H the stock will go gangbusters and I would applaud management. That is not their plan. This is the issue. If the market is hoping for higher divs and they pay a measly 2-3c what do you think will happen to the stock price? It's going to tank.
