China trip is one side.
The other and much more interesting side is: It was a false and fake to declare DSO-exploration in areas they can't explore without WA-agreements.
Are there much more fakes in all tennements-licences? They have thousands qkm to explore. But they can't make a deal with anybody, when they couldn't hold worth, what they promise. What are the next achievable steps in 6-12 month (without any fakes)?
