There are lot of secrete stuff that many investor don't know and that is why they are not investing. Based on my previous comment company already spent $276m USD which equates to $386m AUD which isn't small pocket change even if someone wants to flatter themselves by calling it as a pocket change... IMO.
Now, this is the amount already spent and not allocated or budgeted for and you can correct me on that. This is the amount big enough to come out with some conclusion at-least on paper because one can not spend $386m and don't give any program on what's happening and when will be the return on this investment will be made to shareholders unless you are taking money from you father who might give it to the child out of love without asking when, how and what questions... IMO.
