cash raise at this ridiculously low EV would be a shame, but experience for smaller caps is you have to take it while it’s there.
compared to peers and considering recent geopolitics PEN really should be up around 28c right now. I’ve loaded up over last couple of weeks at 18-20 but definitely wonder if I’m about to get diluted with a 17c raise
