That was never going to happen. There are supply/demand imbalances with the options, thats why they are lagging. People are speculating and taking the quick buck - if people had only bought with the intention of converting, we would infact have a premium.
Instead we have:
Intrinsic value + time premium + volatility premium - supply/demand imbalance.
You could infact help out the heads by buying options, as you are getting them at discounted rates to their intrinsic value. Efficient markets arent holding here, but you can help create them by selling your stock and putting it into oppies. Buy the same amount of oppies as you do headshares and keep the monies on the sideline until exercise. That is, if your a medium/long term holder.
I'm a medium termer.
