Hamish currently has a 12.19% holding in MFG so movements will need to be declared.
He also has a holding in MGF(closed fund) of 4.11% which is below the substantial holding threshold.
Who knows what his intentions are, but now he has resigned he can dispose of his holdings any time he chooses.
