what is the % of people who got COVID didn't have cough? I would argue its very few. So just because there are few who didn't exhibit cough, the RAP app now is irrelevant?

The fact is the app is very convenient, quick, accessible and environmentally friendly to test COVID (be it positive or negative). Imagine if you are coughing and did RAT and it returned negative, but continuously coughing the next few hours or days, having the app can dismiss or confirm the earlier RAT result. Imagine the additional comfort this app can bring to people.

Of course, the app is not the only sole method or tool to detect COVID. But you can't deny the potential here of the app's offering in terms of accessibility of use. That alone is worth a re-rate of the company.
