I believe given the nature of the CHIP supply chain - AKP would have to know if they will have there deliveries this month - As there has not been any update to advise otherwise then they must be have received shipment. This is a high tech supply chain with very sophisticated planning tools and schedules with full visibility of production. it is not manufacturing where you try and fit in a small run in the final week of the quarter it would have been planned months in advance.
Given AKP have just re-published their Corporate Governance Policy then if they advise that delivery has been delayed in the next week then I believe they have not complied with their guidelines and the ASX must start asking questions.
As retail holder we have been waiting a long time and I hope we will not be let down once again. I have held for many years and trust this quarter will be the key one to start seeing some progress on this ground breaking technology
