As we are all aware ASM is tightly held and our heirs will be hard pressed to get shares out our clenched fists.

I am keeping an eye on the wife, shes starting to take an unhealthy (for me) interest in company's going on.

CR at the right price will amongst other things make more shares available .

CR are mostly feared by investors as it dilutes the hell out of investment, usually raised to keep paying the office bills.
In most cases those companys already have hundreds,if not billions ,on issue

One co ,which cost me dearly,had over 15billion before she sank.
