Who knows. After all, they probably already started to look into ELS a few days back before writing up and publishing the article. And they might well like what they see then and hence, news pass around 'in doors', hence the weird trading pattern as observed.
Of course for those who have been following like us, we are expecting further Droneup deals and potentially FAA certification, etc. So yeah, it could well be a culmination of all these together that gives rise to interest in the last week or so.
